The second release to be recorded completely by The Fake and engineered by their guitarist, Nicolai Stensland Szewczyk.

Medicine was originally written in 2012, by Stensland, while writing a concept album called "Out Here" in his dorm in Volda. Making demos using a simple interface.

In 2019 it was introduced to The Fake and accepted to become part of The Fake's upcoming full-length debut album.

The artwork is by Wroclaw-based artist and tattoo artist, Karina Byrska.
